Ethics channel
Tecnimoem fosters a culture of transparency, ethics, and zero tolerance for conduct that may involve non-compliance with current legislation or internal rules.
What is the Ethics Channel? The Ethics Channel is an information system that makes it possible to report, confidentially, potentially irregular activities and conduct that may constitute a breach of the law or Tecnimoem’s internal rules.
Who can use the Channel? Anyone who, in a professional context, becomes aware of conduct that may breach Tecnimoem’s internal rules or applicable laws and regulations.
How does the Channel work?
The reporting person may submit the report in the manner they deem appropriate: in writing to Tecnimoem’s postal address, or in person, either in writing or verbally. Preferred method for submitting reports: by postal mail to the following address:
Tecnimoem Care SL.
Ctra. Logroño a Mendavia, Km.5 31230 Viana (Navarra)
Report content
The information should include a description of the reported incident, as clearly as possible, with maximum detail: people involved, where it occurred, approximate dates, etc., and, where available, any evidence supporting it. If contact details are also provided (and only if necessary), we would contact you to request additional information or to keep the reporting person informed about the status of the report. Reports may be made anonymously; however, anonymous reports require a higher level of detail in order to be processed.
